my mini is hard to start only when your throttle is fully open.
when its started it hard to keep running
also lots of black smoke like its over fueling

any ideas thanks

Is this a turbo engine? Is this first start up or has it been running before?

A wild stab in the dark, choke seals or fuel pressure? *oh well*
