Don't know if this interests anyone, but I got a quote from JE in the US yesterday, and they say that a set of four forged pistons for a pug 205 gti will be $550 - $600 - which is a bit cheaper than their UK equivalents, as far as I'm aware. |

wat about mini forged pistons, would they make them? Hell Jim forged pistons in a mini (now is that really needed). Best 1/4 mile 13.2 seconds @116 mph

Well jim i now of car running 160 BHP + with the Rover repacement pistons, I think it might be the JE one, and he had NO problems with them:) Best 1/4 mile 13.2 seconds @116 mph

So anyone got a part number for the JE Pistons?? websites no good and mini pistons do not feature much in USA what with all the V8's etc. p&p no probs for me! I can probably order them at a local speed shop if they are made available here...

I have got JE's in my mini (ableit 86.5mm bore). I get them from a guy who imports them, he can probably get A series ones. Mine were 400 inc the VAT
