Hi Guys,

I've about had it with how up-an-down TMF is (and the fact that every tiime they change servers they lose pictures and project threads), and although the official Z-Cars Forum is on TMF, my car has progressed and will continue to progress well beyond the car I purchased from them some time ago.

The below is a link to pictures of the project - let me know if there is any interest in me putting my project thread here:

Cheers,

the design shows a distinct lack of imagination,
talk about starting off with a clean sheet of paper, then not bothering to fucking draw on it,lol

I'm setting the car up to break track records in Time Trials / Time Attacks (US NASA), and also some non-classified Sports Racer events in the US SCCA. I may be able to only do TIme trails though, as the ECU system I'm using (Hydra EMS) will have traction control, which is illegal for SCCA.

The spec is basically finalized for the engine, which should dyno at about 380BHP at the crank - I'm still collecting the last bit of parts for the engine and then we'll see what it really can do.

The frame is basically done. I have to change some pick-up pts on teh front suspenion, add some bracing in the floor area for the seat mounting, and move some mounts to tuck teh diffuser under the car.

On the body work, I need to finish the fender mods (I'm doing some rear vented (Porsche 935-style) front wells, and fab side splitters between the front and rear fenders.
