Guys at the machine shop chucked our cylinder head in hot tank (didn't ask them to).
If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of. |

iv'e only ever used the standard black nitrile rubber ones, never bothered with fancy modern stuff, |

For piece of mind John, I'd replace em, it's not worth the hasle if they're fubar.
Minivanless, but reluctantly happy living with the decision. There'll be another one day.

Maybe after you've swapped the valve steam oil seals and fitted the head. On 11th Feb, 2015 robert said:
