Does anyone have a picture of the clearance between the inner wing and tyre when the steering is at full lock?

I'm fitting an electric fan to the outside of the inner wing and need to know what clearance i will have.

This is being fitted to an incomplete car, hence the lack of ability to actually check on the car.

My sister is so fit I won't show anyone her picture

I have a Metro Turbo fan under the wing of mine. The tyre rubbed on it, so I fitted a shim to the steering rack to limit the lock a little. I am using silly 14" wheels though ....

I've got a metro front mount fan on my inner wing with 13x7s. The fan is pretty large but I have no clearance issues.

In the 13's at last!.. Just

same here,

If you use a slimline fan you'll have no worries.

Spal make excellent and thin fans.

With a proper slimline, there is no way the tyre will hit it.
