Is it A-Series only? I think it should be... So when some joey comes on here about how his 16v turbo vauxhall is great compared to ours, he can be given the 'bird'... On 26th Oct, 2004 Tom Fenton said:

Thinking about it, the cam sensor hole is perhaps a little higher than the old fuel pump hole On 26th Oct, 2004 TurboDave16v said:

just curious: where do you plan to get oil supply to the turbo from? I'm thinking of building an MPI-block based turbo engine but this appears to be a problem? 1963 Cooper

I'm using an MPi block for my build. Carl is tapping the hole to something suitable so I can bung it up. Nothing stopping you threading some tube and putting it in there. On 11th Feb, 2015 robert said:
i tried putting soap on it , and heating it to brown , then slathered my new lube on it

1/2" NPT hole now in the back of the block for mine. LOL, thats just another 1 out of 2 holes extra to what seems like another thousand holes I have drilled in this block already. On 26th Oct, 2004 TurboDave16v said:

. I see no harm drilling a hole in the skirt of the block.
