Im after a new recon head, was wondering where you peeps would recomend where to get one from? My head in at my local machine shop but he said it would be worth getting one ready to pop right on the engine.

Was thinking of getting on that has been worked on (larger chambers etc)

I emailed miniturbo but havent heard anything back (thought his heads looked very nice from what ive seen). The only people i could find was vmax scart and morspeed.

Any help would be great, Cheers

Dont touch morspeed with a barge pole.

Vmax are ok but lead times can be long.

Benross and TurboPhil on here both do good head, and are a better bet IMO

I wasnt that keen on using morspeed as we were looking at getting them to are 16v bmw engine but they didnt help much so we ended up using spec compents who were alot better.

Will be worth speaking to both of them then.
