Bit of a long story, removed te head in order to inspect why the compression was low, after taking the head of it seems like the pistons/rings have seen better days, but the head gasket was fine. |

Sounds like you still have some of the water in there to me.. run it for a few days keeping an eye on it and then when HOT change the oil and filter.
Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the the universe. |

The car is flying when you boot it, and i would have expected a loss in performance if the head hadn't sealed right. I may be wrong though (and knowing my luck probably am)

Just depends on how much water you have mixed with the oil... alot isn't good but if it's just a small amount of milk in the rocker cover then you should be OK... change the oils and filter the first chance you get and make sure the engines HOT when you do it.. Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the the universe. |

That may have been the problem first time as the car had sat for a week before while i was doing the head eah night after work.
