Carefull which one you buy if you intend to use it on wasted spark, as the advance feature will not work properly On 26th Oct, 2004 TurboDave16v said:
Is it A-Series only? I think it should be... So when some joey comes on here about how his 16v turbo vauxhall is great compared to ours, he can be given the 'bird'... On 26th Oct, 2004 Tom Fenton said:

If I could Dave that would be handy. I just need to check my ecu against the actual timing. I machined my pulley 5 degrees out but need to doubley make sure.

Our CPS is 4 degrees out, so we use the 'advance' knob on the end to check what we are getting matches what's configured in the MJ SW.

Matty, set the crank advance to zero, hook up a normal timing light, disconnect the injectors and fuel pump, then crank the engine over. Using the timing light to see how far out the TDC point is, adjust the 'Trigger before TDC' value in the primary trigger settings to tune it in. Edited by Sprocket on 23rd May, 2010. That Colin sounds like a very good plan, but is the cranking RPM going to be high enough to get a good reading? https://www.facebook.com/pages/Fusion-Fabri..._homepage_panel
