The cluth on the mini has started to slip with "enthusiastic" driving when running anything over .8bar. I have in the garage two plates with a little life left in them, both AP items, I know one was from my std metro clutch, the other from one of my dead engines with a pre verto, but I cant work out which is which. Any help greatfull.

I never thought that they were interchangeable.

They are interchangeable, as far as I remember I've used both in the past. |

they're completely interchangeable, though if using a verto in a pre verto mecanism, you'll have to use a 180mm one (pre 1994), as their isn't enough diam (have to machine it) to take the 190mm plate.

Use the one without springs. They are the weakest link...I found out the hard/expensive way. :( https://www.facebook.com/pages/Fusion-Fabri..._homepage_panel

Is it A-Series only? I think it should be... So when some joey comes on here about how his 16v turbo vauxhall is great compared to ours, he can be given the 'bird'... On 26th Oct, 2004 Tom Fenton said:
