Here's somebody else using a picture of my car from my website. I can't believe they're advertising a product that's not even fitted to my car, my cards came from Curley.

I would create a page on your site that says any pictures on it may be used, for a one off fee of £100, and anyone using the pictures without asking automatically accepts these terms.

i have had people use my photos from ebay before in their own ads. using pics your car though really is taking the piss... |
