I would re-think the cam. A standard metro NA cam or SW5 may be better suited to a mild mannered low boost engine. Wil and Ben used the phase 2 in their 998 Hillclimber and hated it. It may prove a bit radical if ultimatel power isn't your goal.

The Phase 2 is perfectly driveable in a 1293 & is a great cam with plenty of power potential. I'd hazard a guess & say there's probably more people on this site running that cam than any other. |
