Sorry if I seem a bit lost, but fuel pumps and flows rates is a bit new to me. But what's the opinion of anyone who has an eaton supercharger set up when it comes to the fuel pump & pressure ?. I think it should be about 3 psi to run the set up, but do I need a higher psi rated facet pump like a competition, which I think is rated as 5-7 psi, and then run a return to the tank via a regulator set at 3psi ? or will the pressure regulator restrict the flow without a return to the tank & I then have the opportunity to turn up the flow rate, should I raise the boost at a later date ?. Or do I just go for a pump that runs 3psi & change it for a higher rated one, should I raise the boost ?.

I'll be using an spi tank and pump for my supercharged engine. Standard metro pressure regulator with the rising rate bit venting to air On 11th Feb, 2015 robert said:
i tried putting soap on it , and heating it to brown , then slathered my new lube on it

EDIT jsu tnoticed stevie is already on the case lol.. if suck through itll be fine. Edited by evolotion on 1st Jun, 2010. turbo 16v k-series 11.9@118.9 :)

Any carb pump delivering 3 or 4psi will work. I wouldn't bother with regs or returns, lots of weight and complication for no benefit.
