Are/where these ever standard fit?

Sounds a bit mad, I know but bear with me...

I bought a set of rockers with a damaged adjuster, but they had a smaller thread on the adjuster screws:

I've spent the princely sum of £2 on a set of rockers from a moggy minor. They are pressed steel and are the correct 0.275' diameter thread screws, but they appear to be oil fed.

They have a drilling down the centre of the balled end that goes to part of the screw that sits in the rocker. At this point there is a grove and a drilling a bit like a banjo bolt.

My father found these in a doner moggy he bought, oh years ago now. I never thought about it really. Ill ask him if he has found out anything since.
