Tried a search but didnt find anything.

Anyone know what should be filed off the brake pad to fit in a Minispares 4 pot alloy calliper? Ive had them for years but never modded the pads.

It's just the back corner of the pad metal Paul, other wise it hits on the mounting lug on the calipers if I remember correctly.

On the minisport 4 pot calipers (assuming they are vaguely similar) you have to cut away the 2 corner pieces on 2 of the pads, basically the bits outside the pink line, you don't have to go that crazy on them though :)

Ah, cheers. It was just curiosity really as Ive never had a problem without the mods

Dave - I think a mod like that will be way beyond your skills and you should just sell the callipers to me *wink*
