i have calculated my gearing today and it will be way off as it is.

im after worm and pinion gears, with tooth counts of 7 / 16 respectively.

beer tokens waiting.

will accept odd gears

hopefully i can sort this quickly so i dont delay getting the engine into the car.

they just sorted me a 7 tooth worm drive for £5

ok, it looks like i will be having trouble getting the 16 tooth pinion. i would prefer good used second hand condition. can anyone help?if not i will have to look at phoning around the usual suspects when i get time. many thanks

anyone have a spare 16 tooth pinion lying around. am off on holiday in the morning, but hope to get the engine in soon after i get back. hopefully this wont hold me up. many thanks
