This engine was removed from my 86 mayfair where it was running perfectly and has covered 32K from new. It was removed purely to fit my large bore turbo engine and has been stored as a spare since.

Has the head been converted, or replaced with an unleaded item?

i thought the 86 998 came as a+ not a series? and at that year i would say unleaded Drives

£100 is a little expensive IMO. Last two 998 engines I bought for £30 each. Kept the gearbox, and gave the engines away. (Wil, I have still to pull that engine of the box, but its still yours if you want it:) ) On 26th Oct, 2004 TurboDave16v said:

Im open to offers, ive never sold or bought one before so i just went with the price of first one i saw on ebay. I would rather sell it on than leave it outside when my shed goes. |

I sold a 50k 998 last week in good running order £50 complete with cooling system and all ancileries. If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of. |
