They want you to have everything ready.. The wife got her's same day wasn't cheap. I run a supercharger and I don't care the TB is on the wrong side.

I used them and had my passport in a week. Cost £50 extra though, back in 2003. Just be VERY sure that you have ALL the correct documents, and they are up to date. On 26th Oct, 2004 TurboDave16v said:

what they want are my birth cert., passport form completed and the 'lost passport' form. have all of these, spoke to them on the phone earlier to confirm exactly what i needed, and what needed to be filled in. i can guarentee though that if anything is going to go wrong with it it will be me. |

Don't you need to get a 'Professional person' as a refference and to counter sign the authenticity of the documents? Or is that for your first passport only? On 26th Oct, 2004 TurboDave16v said:

yep, thats right. post office checked my photos, they are ok. got them signed etc. think you need the passport to be verified each time you apply. as my my previous one was a child one and was lost and expired years ago, i still need my parents to sign the forms... |

I did a same day service earlier on this year also - was around a 4 hour turn-a-round and was a fairly painless experience if i'm honest. iirc it cost around £140 ish but when your desperate I guess thats not too bad.
