anyone know where the best place to run a boost gauge off is, ive run the regulator off one of the two turbo unions. do i run it off the one on the plenum?. also on the carb, is fuel in the one nearest the bulkhead, then the one next to it is the balance pipe then the one at the top is overflow?

You need to run the boost gauge from the inlet manifold.. that way you can see what boost your getting when the throttle is open

i'd take a seperate feed as it could slow down the response of the dump valve |
