thats what they think because it actualy belongs to me.. Evening all. just a quick question for the enlightened clever dickies. under the bonnet of my lovely mini there is a tag saying GOVRMENT PROPERTY and i was kind of wondering about its origins..would love to know. cheers |

Has it had any modifications? I've heard about these tags on minis which were converted for disabled use |
