Im in two minds whether to go for a carbon boot floor. i plan to cut out the wheel well and battery to save weight but also i want to get the exhaust back box as high as possible because id like to run a diffuser and keep the underneath cluttered free.

Im either going to go for the carbon floor or just skin the hole with a sheet of steel.

my concerns with putting the CF floor is i wont be able to get the exhaust as high up and how will the floor be affected by temperature?

you'd probably get the exhaust higher with just a flat boot floor, as the cf floor has a kind of step.

Are you going to be having a rear valance?

it would also be depend on what exhaust your going to be using, as some sit higher that others.

I wouldnt have thought a cf floor would be greatly affected buy the heat, as im sure a back box doesnt get all that hot compared to the manifold etc.
