Sold the turbo and seeing what the C20XE can do!

Near Lincoln

Anybody done any? Car ive just bought needs the doing, not desperately but may as well. Know anywhere to get the bits and whats involved?

Assume its not that tricky but thought id ask. If its a real pain ill just put up with it!

As for bits the only place for fiddly stuff like that is the Peugeot dealer. They range from very helpful to f-in useless so if you find a good one keep using them!

Pin itself is easy to change but have seen before the actual hinge bracket wear, these are welded to the a post and there is not much you can do if it is worn. Best thing to do is give the door a shake and try and see where the wear is.

i had to ream it out, and go to the next roll pin size, took a while as you couldn't even get a hand drill in there so had to do it by hand....
