Hi all. Im doing a blow through charger and have come up against a couple of problems and was hoping for some help or advice if i could? The bike alternator we have fitted to the side of the eaton is kicking out 30+ volts and are not sure how to get it down. We think its from a kawasaki 750 but thats about it! Is there any way of getting it down? Any help would be great. Thanks

sounds like the regulator is buggered. using no supression diode or resistor on a battery kill switch and opening the switch with the engine running will kill the diodes and regulator in the alternator

So when some joey comes on here about how his 16v turbo vauxhall is great compared to ours, he can be given the 'bird'...

you could take it to a auto electrician and have it checked over and refurbished, but even with a reconditioned unit, there is still an element doubt that it will be any good. New is by far a safer bet, but they can be pricey.

Seems that you have some kind problem as I have in early versions.

I get tired to the problems and changed the way how the charger rotate.

Now there is this kind solution.
