I've picked up another mini to use as a daily drive( 998 city ) now I already have a stripped out turbo 998 mini for trackdays and local drags. So a standard 998 won't cut it for me now I have a few engines (998 & 1275) in my stash and want to build up a good reliable engine for it. I am thinking either 1360 with hypatechs and a 266 cam or a 998 turbo again with a worked standard 998 head and 266 cam as it's the only cam I have in stock. I would like 90ish bhp and nice torque spread but looking good mpg on the cruise so wot do you guys think?? That mini is determined to Kill me!!!! |

Seeing Alpa's thread about his 998 + 266 + turbo + 295 head, I would think the 1360 / 266 is the best way to go for the power you are looking for.
