Australia oi oi oi!

G'day boys! so.....

i'm just budgeting now, come into a bit of money with my new track featured on neighbours. i'm sure you brits love this show :p

getting a full spec head from the forum.

i'm just going to upgrade my car for the supercharger sc12 kit. had this sitting around for yonks waiting to save a bit more.

i have a verto set up & i would like to retain that.

i was gonna buy a light fly wheel pressure & upgrade the clutch.

mines new at the moment it is a 1994 A+ converted to carb. ( im in australia)

do i just need the out plate upgraded? clutch pressure plate? diaphragm thing?

i do not know what t buy, was going to call mini spares? do they know what they are on about? in regards to supercharging,

they do a good price on loads of bits i think i may need and i can get my cross pin diff and all the other bits posted in one lot,

i just want to keep the car reliable and no over the top parts,

so i wanna make sure the things i buy will not slip pop etc

do you think i need new head studs? it will be running 7psi boost no more.. i have no idea what power this is gonna pull.

no intercooler, this set up is suck through & i have 9 studs standard.

with all whole engine rebuilt including helical gearbox with a 266 cam it is all new.

i need a small starter not the brisse price though also for Verto, i know they are a nippon denso unit but from what car.

if you have some nippon denso numbers would be cool. make my life easy, instead of try import all this stuff.

it will all run via mega jolt also..

thanks Lads for the time :)

nick.

hi mate,

I think you need to break things down a little,

what do you have all ready?

head, block, gearbox. you say you have a supercharger sc12, so i gess your going with that, search for supercharger and see if theres any engine spec that may suit you.

theres so many different specs you could go for, it might be best to start with one thing at a time, and dont forget the gearbox.

goodluck

Who knows. It's the most eagerly awaited car on the mini scene... For last couple of years!? I think JohnK has too much work (which has got to be good).
