Hi guys, for my sins I'm no longer a Mini owner and am left with a stable of Brit tin but only the 1100 that will benefit from the knowledge on this site.
I'm a 38yr old tat gatherer and have FAR too many projects on the go - with the 1100 still in another country!

It WILL be running something ludicrous, just got to get it over here (Brussels) and get on it (hopefully this winters build).

If you don't mind too much, I'll be scouring the pages and drooling over your builds - I've already got the Eaton sitting waiting - but reading through, it seems turbo is the only way to go.

Please ignore the obvious newb idiocy I'll be displaying, but I'll be watching and learning......

Just been and answered my own question, I knew i'd seen that username somewhere before.... youve got the taunus transit converted into a race car transporter right??

@ nutter driver - yup, the transporter is done - just got to get the new reg on it and she's ready to roll. the GT6 is almost finished welding and the Nissan Turbo will be in asap.

1100 will be coming over from UK to fill the garage over the winter - that's why I started scouring t'web.

Apologies to others - I've done some more trawling and seen the answers to my prayers. thanks for the welcome and I'll be updating as soon as I can get near the rotfest that is the Austin.
