I need to make up two oil feed hoses both with M12 banjo fittings either end. Also, what sort of bore size do people use?

I intend to run from the front of the block up to the turbo and double off of the turbo to the head, so a larger bore on the main feed would be beneficial with a slightly smaller bore for the head.

Where would be the likely place I can get these made?

King Gaycharger, butt plug dealer, Sheldon Cooper and a BAC but generally a niceish fella if you dont mind a northerner

We had a braided clutch hose made up for the van at Carlton Hyrdaulics in Rotherham.

M12 x 1 banjo at one end and 3/8 UNF banjo on the other. quick service (about 5 minutes while I waited) and not too expensive.

They will email you a quote over quite quickly.

thinkauto did mine for me a couple of months ago.
only took 2 days, and was about £60 IIRC.
My local hydraulics place (pirtek) couldn't get from the relatively small bore ( -3? ) up to an M12 banjo without using a bulky adapter.

don't forget to say how you want the ends to be orientated... i.e I got mine made at 90 degrees to each other to enable it to fit better.

Too many projects!

how about making your own up Colin?

ends are part no HETBANSS-3-4 from think auto, 17.50 each, thas for -4 ones which is what i'd use for a turbo. their - 4 hse is 7quid a metre.

From memory, the hose we had made for the van was about £22 for 12" of braided with the fittings above.

All good suggestions, I will have to look in the yellow pages I think. I know there is a company called Manflex in Warrington, but they have moved, and im not sure where to.

Here we go, these look like they could sort me out http://www.manflex.co.uk/contact.php

+1 for your local hydraulics place, got mine done last week for the GT17, banjo one end, and the standard fitting on the other end, in braided. cost 20+vat. I took the goodridge t3 pipe down and said copy that but with this banjo :).

Went back today, they are making my oil cooler pipes now!
