You can use a door skinning tool, a hammer and dolly, or even pliers.

I've used a door skin tool but in all honesty a hammer and dolly will do a good job of it; just take your time with it |

If you don't have access to a door skinning tool, a pair of mole grips working your way from top to bottom then reducing the gap on the mole grips and doing it again, etc, etc, etc, but with a thin strip of hardwood on the outside as you do it so the grips don't mark the bit you see. Schrödinger's cat - so which one am I ??? |
