my mate got some good compo though for the exact same thing, write a letter to head office and to the store, worked out he got double the amount then |

How much bad fcuking luck can someone have with one company, i have opened up a box with a new door as a replacment for the damaged one and yes is bloody damaged yet the packaging is in perfect condition, i also bought a £200 sink when i collected door yesterday and yes is fucking damaged as well so another 60 mile round trip to the store with no quality control

The best is when I brought a couple of planks of wood of them the shortest length which they sold was about 8ft, which is a tad big to safely fit in my car. When I asked if they could cut it for me so it would fit in the car they said they weren't allowed due to health and safety, so I asked if they could lend me a saw so I could cut it myself I was told they couldn't for the same reason but they could sell me a saw.
