Since running megajolt I have used NGK BKR7EIX

rick if the boost your running is over 16 psi i would go 2 plug grades down colder from standard from champion N9Y

Chears guys, i was running 7's when it was running years ago but sure ive got som 9's somwhere aswell.

I tried 7's but it seems to bog down at low revs.

If it works with 6's it works with 6's, so stick with it. I am just surprised that they have not overheated. http://www.twin-turbo.co.uk
