Where are people getting their power feed to the MJ box and the Coil Pack from?

I have one of those big red battery cut off swicthes on my dash so wired my power for the above to that switch. This was fine until of course when you turn off the ignition the car still runs, and even killing the power on the cut off switch the car continues to run because the altenator is sending power back up the line.

Where should I be getting my power feed from so that killing the ignition will actually stop the engine.

I think mine is from the switched live on the fuse box..

I run a supercharger and I don't care the TB is on the wrong side.
