Companies house say they are only in administration, which isnt as bad as liquidation, well for people wanting parts anyway. They may scrape out of it :)

What does it mean exactly - is it that they are able to continue working (trading?) to have a chance to pull themselves out of it, and maybe try to find investors, etc - as opposed to shutting the place down and recovering money from assett stripping, etc?

I don't know that much about the terms!!!!

As far as I understand it, when youre in liquidation, they collate everything you have and then sell it or whatever to pay off your creditors.
Receivership/Administration, as I understand is where someone, an administrative receiver, goes in and tries to cut expenditure but keep s the money going. Sometimes it happens when the directors aren't running business as they should, however, that isnt always the case.

I think thats about right anyway.

I had real trouble with them last year. I ordered a mag sterring rack, which i was told would be with me in 14days of me supplying my original for them to copy. They took the money straight away and i had to wait 3 months for the rack. When i called i could never get to speak to the people in charge, they were always out or in meeting !!!! oh yeah sure !!!

Best keep an eye out for the auction if they sell the stuff off.

thats bad news indeed, if they do go down the pan, surely someone will buy all the patterns & jigs etc especially with some many people out there having jkd parts!
