After waiting in for 7hrs on thursday for a delivery to turn up i can say avoid them.

raang up the next day, "oh sorry your order got lost in a black hole..."

"do i get anything for staying in all day bearing in mind ive just spent over ?1k with you?"

"hmm how does a ?10 voucher sound?"

think you can all guess my answer and im drafting a letter to the customer services manager tomorrow!

Still living in a new house with no fridge freezer and washing machine! glad my folks house is on the way to and from work!!!

our hotpoint washing machine only lasted 2 years

Nope! its got 5 yrs warranty though so guess it will keep it shiney replacing it every 2 yrs

that happened with my mate once waiting for a bed to be delivered he phoned up and got a full days pay as he said he could have gone to work too right to i think

i see, we only had two years. It lasted about 2 years and three months!!
