hi all, can any one advise on setting up a trigger wheel. its a bolt on type. am i right in thinking i need to set the engine to tdc but wat relation shud the missing teeth be on the trigger wheel to tdc?

This has been covered so many times......

The missing tooth has no relationship to TDC - it has a "90 degrees after the sensor at TDC" relationship.

Basically the missing tooth should pass the sensor 90 degrees before TDC and end up 90 degrees after the sensor at TDC....

So it all depends on where you mount your sensor bracket.
