You will not see any boost until you drive it, revving it on the spot will not be enough. |

I carnt help with the turbo bits but your car wont make boost stood still.

Avonbar will have a T3 gasket set. On 11th Feb, 2015 robert said:

it is very strange because before i was driving on 70mph with 5000 on the taho with my 998cc engine, and now it is 5.5 on 60mhp 1275 metro turbo engine and it struggle to run faster then 65mph :(

Gasket on turbo outlet perhaps 1/4 Mile 14.3secs 96Mph Terminal 10psi of boost.

Where are you taking the signal for the boost gauge from?

Sounds like you have a boost leak between the compressor outlet and the plenum chamber -- check all pipework and clips and then any gaskets on the compressor or plenum. |

Be very carefull do not change the elbow gasket take into a workshop and let them do it. My reason for saying this is two of those three bolts are more likely to shear than willingly come out. I have 4 T3 turbine housings on my bench that have suffered this failure.

Avon Bar sell a DK451 gasket set with all the gaskets in for a T3 and metro plenum etc. On 11th Feb, 2015 robert said:
