Hi there!

I need T3 turbo all gasket kit and new screws. Where I can get it??
The reason why I want to rebuild it is because its leaking little bit and coming blue smoke from exhaust.

Other problem is with my boost gauge, it is in psi. Sorry for silly question but how can I read it??
I have this one:

when I start the car it shows vac 30 (white), when i press accelerator it goes till 0 and stays there! I have boost controller and I tried to turn it almost till half open, however boost gauge still is showing only 0.
do i nee to check when car is driving or staying on neutral?

any reasons why it is not showing my psi?? :(

thank you :)

Nothing special!

You will not see any boost until you drive it, revving it on the spot will not be enough.

I tried to drive it on 60mph on 4th gear and my taho shows 5500. but nothing happening it again went from 30 till 0.

may be I need to open more than half?
do i need to open when car moving or staying still?

I just do not want open more than 7psi, because i have standard engine :)

it is very strange because before i was driving on 70mph with 5000 on the taho with my 998cc engine, and now it is 5.5 on 60mhp 1275 metro turbo engine and it struggle to run faster then 65mph :(

strange sound comes out, sound is like air is leaking somewhere! Sounds more that it is leaking out rather in: could it be dump valve problem? sounds from that area.

Thank you

Where are you taking the signal for the boost gauge from?

Sounds like you have a boost leak between the compressor outlet and the plenum chamber -- check all pipework and clips and then any gaskets on the compressor or plenum.

Thank you!

Now I need to fined where to buy all gaskets for turbo, plenum and carburettor!

I decide to change all gaskets and to check all pipe connections.
I hope then this problem will disappear :)

Nothing special!

Be very carefull do not change the elbow gasket take into a workshop and let them do it. My reason for saying this is two of those three bolts are more likely to shear than willingly come out. I have 4 T3 turbine housings on my bench that have suffered this failure.

also if you are running an aftermarket dump valve have you blocked the one in the plenum chamber?
