I've stumbled across one of these at my mates. It's in a bit of a state as it's been sat in the garage for years open to the elements. It's going to need rebuilding, but I wondered what it's worth as you rarely see them for sale.

Cheers,

Nick.

I would look if it is one of the small or large input shat bearing, then buy it up to 250, asthey're not that easy to cross.Defo a very good gearbox, a lot better than A+, stronger with close ratio, and not noisy as a s/c gearbox.

i run one in my 1360 mpi with a 3.2 final drive. goes really well. well worth looking into. the cone coating seems go wear rapidly on the input gear. apart from that they are really nice to use. as for price, i wouldnt pay over £100 for it. especially in need of rebuild. i have obtained a few of these for reasonable prices. just tiakes time to find them!
