oops, worse than the one I managed to get yesterday. I ended up with a £650 fine and two points. My own stupidity 100% though. |

The report that I read said he went through Swiss cameras at a speed calculated to be 186mph (too fast for their camera which only gets one image if you are over 125mph)

this was in Switzerland though. I don't think they have that system in Sweden. They have in Finland though. |

no way will he get that like... how would he pay it ? £2 a month hahahahaha. he may have to surrender his vehicle though (if its a valuable one) we have destruction orders here in the UK there was a recent case in the news (last year) of a boy racer running a man over leaving him for dead in the road, the chap is now brain damaged, then the guy tried to cover his tracks and get his car repainted, falsifying documents etc etc. the guy showed no remorse for what he did, the injured bloke was a single father who's children are now in care........

We have a fixed fine system in Norway, nothing to do with your wage. I was caught doing 25 km/h too much in a 50 km/h zone....Stupid I know. They had the laser pointed to the spot just before the speed limit was changed to 80 Km/h so I had started to accelerate a bit too early... Edited by miniminor63 on 13th Aug, 2010. |
