I am currently building a 1380cc engine with K1100 head (in an Austin A30). I have been encountering some issues with the front pulley spacing etc. I have put on the toothed belt and the alternator (original pulley). I could really do with a toothed wheel to make the Megasquirt work. I assume that I need a longer bolt, but how long? Has anyone else had this issue?

I had the same issue. Minispares sell an extended crank bolt (cap head). https://www.facebook.com/pages/Fusion-Fabri..._homepage_panel
