Thanks for the comments.

Ive got another set of brakes, I think im going to try and make a good set out of all of them. The one thing I couldn't find, was the back plates though?

I decided to give it a go at spraying it myself as I wasn't willing to pay £1500-£2 for someone else to do it. lol

Cool, if you can find them that would be great! :)

I think it ended up not being red as most of the paint was rubbed off by me leaning over it. *happy*
It worked out quite well standing inside the car though, I could get to most places without rubbing up against other wet panels.

These new modern turbos with their quick spool up time, would make the competition harder.

I made these stilts to rest the shell on, whilst I paint the areas I couldn't get to with the shell mounted on the spit.

Then more paint!

Don't worry its already half red. *hehe!*

I thought of a way of sorting out the pulley alignment on it, I'll sort it out before I return it. *wink*

Well Matt,

When you started this I expected that you would ed up with a decent looking solid mk1 shell, that was still had a few patches left,

I'm stunned at the result that you've got, especially considering the patchwork quilt you started with!

Top job!
