Turbo carb throttle assembley parts problem, please help if you have rebuilt a turbo carb before!!

I bought a turbo carb from ebay which came with out the throttle Assembly, which i didn't think was a problem as i just thought that most of it is included in the rebuild kit (spindle, butterfly and seals) and i have a N/A HIF 44 that i could use parts from(springs etc).

however after reading the rebuild guide on here i see that the turbo carbs came with two white nylon washers on either side of the throttle shaft.

do they go on top of the seals?? and am i right with this assumption??

I only ask as i rang burlen fuel systems to try and order some and explained that to them and they don't seem to think that they came with them.

can i rebuild my carb without them? i guess that they are there to hold the seal in place under boost??

does anyone happen to have anything spare or a usless carb they wouldn't mind selling me.

or has anyone got the dimensions of them and a photo?

sorry about all the questions my carb is nearly rebuilt appart from this.
