Rear Quarter light glass sealant to frame?

Dear all,

I have removed the rear quarter lights from the chrome frames to replace all the glass for tinted glass.

Now does anybody know what type of sealant you use to seal the glass back into the chrome frames? Is it some special sort of sealant or can you just use silicone or something like that?

I did not use any sealent. Just bolted everything together.

there is nothing wrong with a A-series that a turbo can't fix.

bear in mind, silicone and paint do not mix. silicone reacts with paint
