Anyone who has rebuilt/or about to rebuild a turbo carb please help

I bought a turbo carb from ebay which came with out the throttle Assembly, which i didn't think was a problem as most of it is included in the rebuild kit (spindle, butterfly and seals) and i have a N/A HIF 44 that i could use parts from(springs etc).

however after reading the rebuild guide on here i see that the turbo carbs came with two white nylon washers on either side of the throttle shaft.

do they go on top of the seals?? and am i right with this assumption??

I only ask as i rang burlen fuel systems to try and order some and explained that to them and they don't seem to think that they came with them or know what i was talking about.

can i rebuild my carb without them? i guess that they are there to hold the seal in place under boost??

does anyone happen to have anything spare or a usless carb they wouldn't mind selling me etc.

or has anyone got the dimensions of them and a photo?

sorry about all the questions my carb is nearly rebuilt appart from this.

I've had this before with Burlen, they weren't in the original drawings so they won't know what your talking about!

I got some nylon washers and just made them a bit smaller so they fit

I noticed these weren't on the diagram when I rebuilt mine, I'm not sure what they actually do but I put them back on as they must have some use. I have noticed other parts which are not shown on the parts diagram when rebuilding other carbs and usually they can't be bought.

cool thanks for the info, so all turbo carbs seem to have them but like you say when i rang up burlen he said the same thing (not on the original drawing).
i shall just make some then as suggested.

could some one be so kind as to measure theres and give me the thickness and the width.
