I have found the head in my shed but I am not 100% sure it is a 12g295. The casting where the numbers usually are is raised for the numbers but they are to flat so the numbers cant be made out, I dont know if there is any other way of identifying it for you! Let me know if there is anything I can check to confirm it |

Either measure the chamber volume or measure the depth of the oil ways - though I'm jot sure what the measurement is supposed to be! Just trying to find it... On 7th Nov, 2011 apbellamy said:

They are 3.750" thick, that's the total head thickness. Have a measure with a vernier and let me know! On 7th Nov, 2011 apbellamy said:
