sounds like it has been modified - post up some pictures of the chambers and ports and we may get a better idea |

I am going to bet that hit has the same same valves sizes as fitted to the MG heads. Own the day

To me that looks like it has a massive exhaust valve.
Fastest 998 mini in the world? 13.05 1/4 mile 106mph

Looks most likely a 36mm inlet & a 31mm exhaust. The early "S" heads had this combination. |

spot on on with the valve sizes and the porting looks more like a factory cast did the early s heads use a different casting to suit the valve sizes ?

The early S used an AEG163 casting, rare, and prone to crack between valves.
