Does anyone know anything about the Innocenti De Tomaso turbo?

i guess they were owned by British Leyland - a mate has just contacted me saying that he has found one in a lock up that he has just bought!?

are they rare? what is a pre restoration one worth?

I had one, the de tomaso turbo isn't this one, this is n/a version.
It does have a 3 cyl lump from dahiatsu, mine had 1.2 bar of boost,around 120 nana's.The front wheel drive just take you of as a snake would do. fun!!!

the shell is genuinely made with rust inside, and so it should be walked away and doesn't worth about a penny.But what a sound, *wink* a la porsche, it's diabolic, you've been warned :) .
