Ok lads, a mate has said that he will make me a front rad, if i can find the core for him. As I am going turbo *hehe!* For avon next year. But i dont know where to get one and whats the best for the job.

So i am asking on hear first.

I'd have a look at some production car's cores and see if you can make them work with some thoughts to end cap design.
Then try and make the system have as much capacity as you can fit in

Oh ive heard that some cheap rads use the same core as an intercooler core, thus flowing great but acctually too fast for it to cool the water.

Not sure how true it is, am sure someone could prove one way or other

I know of them, secan sill make cores for aerospace and f1, and toruing cars. That core would have been over £750 new
