Gonna be having an extension done very soon and am thinking underfloor heating as there wont be much wall space for a radiator.

invariably the problems i've come across in wet systems have related to the connections; my advice would be to ensure the connections are all easilly accessed. |

The routing etc isnt rocket science. But most installers will give a 25 year gaurantee against leaks etc.
