righto, have a tipper that the previous owner has covered in cement

its got everywhere, and been told there is a chemical that will break it down so it will just pressure wash off, similar to brick acid, but paint/metal safe?

anyone know what this is?

cheers

A lot of builders merchants sell stuff that will remove cement as Oli said above. It will just be a case of going round a few and have a read of the tins to see if they are safe with paintwork. Toolhire places also use it for cement mixers etc that come back in from a hire covered in cement. I am pretty sure they wouldnt use it if it was going to strip all the paint! It might be worth asking them what they use
