will i be able to use my standard rocker cover (one with breather outlet) with 1.5 high lift roller tip rockers? have heared that they can touch but when i put it on it seems fine, i turned engine over by hand and couldn't hear any tapping on the cover? anyone had any issues?

Some fit i beleve but ithers catch, some of the alloy ones do aswell but theres usually a bit of thickness on them to releve the inside.

It will depend on things like has the head or block face been skimmed...

I have a minispares alloy cover and had to take the sharp corners off the ROCKERS on no.1 and 8 on the pushrod end. 'Where does the engine go?' |

I had the same issue as steve1275, I ended up using the original cover and everything was good.

I removed a load of material from the inside of the cover to clear mine. In the 13's at last!.. Just |

will try a bit of blue tack to see how much clearance, head face has been skimmed flat hope 2 much hasn't been taken off as i want to use the original rocker cover.
