That cam is from a 997cc Cooper. Probally the best standard production cam available up until the introduction of the MG Metro cam which is very similar. Power band is broad: tickover until about 6500. Not lumpy |

very simlar to the swift tune SW5 cam spec.......... will run great if your on a budget ......dont froget to use NEW! cam followers
